Instructions

Step 1
Mix sugar, soy sauce, fish sauce, ginger, pepper, curry paste, garlic, and 1 T olive oil in a bowl. Place tenderloin slice in bowl and mix to coat. Set aside for 15 minutes to marinate. Heat 1/2 T olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add tenderloin and sear both sides until browned and cooked through, about 2-4 minutes per side. To serve, top tenderloin with cilantro.
