Instructions
Step 1
blend 1 pound silken tofu with ¼ cup almond milk until completely smooth and creamy.

Step 2
boil 1 pound pasta of choice according to package directions in salted water and drain.
Step 3
Heat a saucepan over medium heat and add 1 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp garlic, and ¼ cup gochujang. Saute for 2-3 minutes.
Step 4
Add tofu cream, ½ cup parmesan, 1 tsp dried basil, 1 tsp red pepper flakes, 1 tsp chili powder, and ½ tsp salt. Mix and adjust to your liking.
Step 5
Add cooked pasta and mix all together. Serve with green onions, parmesan, and red pepper flakes.
