Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 200 degrees

Steam cauliflower
Step 3
Transfer cauliflower to clean dish towel and squuze to drain water
Step 4
Add cauliflower to blender and pulse until grated
Step 5
Drain excess water
Step 6
Add egg, half mozzarella and parmesan to cauliflower and season
Step 7
Transfer dough to baking sheet and pat into a crust
Step 8
Bake until golden and dried out, approx 20 min
Step 9
Top crust with marinara. Remaining mozzarella, parmesan, garlic and tomatoes and bake until cheese is melted, approx 10 min more
Step 10
Garnish with basil and drizzle with balsamic glaze
