Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 degrees

Sluce bell pepper in half from top to bottom, arrange cut side up in baking dish
Step 3
Cook chicken with chilli, cumin, garlic and seasoning
Step 4
Pour in tomatoes and simmer for a minute
Step 5
Stir in feta and rice
Step 6
Mound filling inside bell peppers, top with remaining cheese
Step 7
Bake uncovered for approx 25-35 min
