Instructions
Step 1
Cook orzo, then drain and return to the pan with heat off.
Step 2
Drizzle generously with olive oil and add garlic and tomato puree, then work into the orzo to combine. Season well with salt and pepper. Add beans, herbs and lemon juice and mix well.
