Instructions
Step 1
in a blender or food processor mix your flour, spinach, and egg until it becomes a dough

once the pasta is cooked it will rise to the top, once done strain and set aside

for the sauce dice garlic very small and at it and that parley to the butter, then melt the butter. then just add your cottage cheese (you could blend it, i didn’t) and you’re done
