Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees grill stage.

bake the pointed peppers in the oven for 5minutes until the skin is dark.

Leave the peppers to cool and then remove the skin

Heat the oil in the pan. Reduce the heat to medium.

Add the peppers and fry for about 7min. Season with salt and pepper

Meanwhile crack the eggs into a bowl. Mix until well combined.

Pure the eggs into the pan. Fry for another 2min.

Remove the stems from the peppers
Step 9
Place the peppers and eggs on the bottom half of the bread.
Step 10
Stack the other half of the bread on top and enjoy!
