Slow Cooked Chicken in a Pot
This is my modified version of this tender juicy chicken in a pot with savory vegetables. A one pot winder for sure!

Instructions
Step 1
Add chopped vegetables to dutch oven pot.
Step 2
Season with some salt and pepper.
Step 3
Add onions on top.
Step 4
Add thyme and rosemary on top.
Step 5
Salt and pepper both sides of chicken and lay on top.
Step 6
Pour over chicken broth. (I use 1/2 cup white dry wine with a boulion cube instead)
Step 7
Put lid on and bake at 320 for 1 1/2 hours.
Step 8
Remove lid and some of the broth and bake at 425 for 10 minutes to brown the chicken.
Step 9
Add a little parsley on top.
