Ingredients

1 poundlean ground beef
1 pounditalian sausage
1sweet onion
small, very finely minced or grated
3 clovesgarlic
minced
2eggs
large, lightly beaten
3 tablespoonspomegranate molasses
2 tablespoonsparsley
finely chopped
⅓ cupbread crumbs
⅓ cupwhole milk
¼ cupparmesan cheese
freshly grated
2 teaspoonsworcestershire sauce
1 ½ teaspoonsdried italian seasoning
1 teaspoonkosher salt
½ teaspoonpaprika
½ teaspoonpepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F, spray 9x5 baking pan with oil
Step 2
In a large bowl, add all of the ingredients for the meatloaf. Mix thoroughly to combine.
Step 3
Add meat to the loaf pan; gently press meat down and shape evenly.
Step 4
Transfer to the oven and bake for 40 minutes.
Step 5
Drain off some of the fat that has surfaced. Continue to bake for another 15-20 minutes (or until an internal temperature of 160 degrees F is reached)
Step 6
Remove from the oven and rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
