Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Remove stems and clean mushroom caps.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté garlic, spinach, and diced mushrooms for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Spoon the mixture into mushroom caps, top with marinara sauce and Parmesan if using.
Step 4
Bake for 15 minutes until mushrooms are tender.
