Step 1
1. Warm one large tortilla with pepper jack cheese. Scramble two eggs over medium heat and season with garlic, pepper, salt, and fresh basil.

2. Thinly slice tomato and avocado to place overtop your eggs. Add eggs into the tortilla, place tomato, avocado, and pickled onions over top.
Step 3
3. Heat over medium heat for two minutes each side to crisp the burrito and heat the ingredients together. Enjoy with hot sauce or by itself.
