Crispy Garlic Crumbed Bang Bang Chicken Sandwiches🥵
WOW seriously sprint to make these because they are BANGING 😱 The chicken is coated in a garlic crumb for an extra burst of flavour, paired with a bang bang sauce, melted cheese and shredded lettuce for a quick and easy dinner 🤤

Ingredients
2 servings

7glight butter

garlic
chopped

25gpanko breadcrumbs

2 x 100gchicken breast

salt

pepper

garlic granules

smoked paprika

egg
medium whisked
2half fat cheddar slices

brioche buns

3chili flakes
to garnish

lettuce
shredded
Bang Bang sauce
Instructions
Step 1
💕Start by adding the butter and garlic to a frying pan. Once melted, add in the breadcrumbs cooking for around 5 minutes or when they start to turn brown. Remove from heat.
Step 2
💕Whilst the breadcrumbs cook, season the chicken breasts all over with the smoked paprika, garlic granules along with salt and pepper.
Step 3
💕Next, dip each chicken breast into the egg, shaking off any excess before dipping into the breadcrumbs, pressing in to adhere. Air fry for 17 minutes at 180 degrees celsius. Alternatively, bake for 20 minutes at the same temperature.
Step 4
💕Whilst the chicken cooks, mix together the bang bang sauce and set to one side.
Step 5
💕Lightly toast the brioche buns, and once the chicken is cooked, add the cheese slices to the bottom. Return to the airfryer for a minute to allow the cheese to melt.
Step 6
💕Top with the cooked chicken, bang bang sauce, chilli flakes and lettuce along with the top bun.
