Instructions

Step 1
Preheat Oven to 450 degrees

Grease cast iron skillet with butter or oil
Step 3
Add butter, milk, sour cream, honey, egg, creamed corn to a mixing bowl

Add in jiffy mix and mix until consistent
Step 5
*add 1 tbs granulated sugar for sweeter taste*
Step 6
Let batter sit for 10 min
Step 7
Add batter to greased skillet
Step 8
Bake for 25 min or until top is browned and knife/ toothpick inserted comes out clean.
