75gsoy sauce

30gdark soy sauce

30gginger paste

15ggarlic paste
Cornstarch Slurry (to thicken sauce)
Low Calorie Yum Yum Sauce

100glow-fat mayo

100g0% greek yogurt

75gsriracha

Milk
as needed for desired consistency

Instructions
Step 1
To slow cooker: Add chicken thighs, soy sauce, honey, mirin, ginger paste, and garlic paste. Slow cook high 4-5 hours or low 5+ hours until cooked through.
Step 2
Add cornstarch slurry as necessary to desired consistency
Step 3
Mix in cooked rice, add green onion and sesame seeds for flavor and garnish.
Step 4
Low-Cal Yum Yum Sauce: Mix mayo, greek yogurt, sriracha, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drizzle on top.
