Instructions
Step 1
Whisk the egg whites until they form stiff peaks

Add dry ingredients into a bowl and mix together

Add the vanilla extract into the egg whites

Sprinkle in the dry ingredients folding it into the egg whites without over mixing the batter so it stays fluffy

Add mixture into 3 ramekins and bake on 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes
