Instructions

Step 1
Add the chicken, a knobs of butter, the leeks, Dried herbs, garlic, potatoes and salt & pepper to the slowcooker, with 1ltr of boiling water or chicken stock. Cook on high for 3hrs or low for 6hrs.
Step 2
Remove half the potatoes and the chicken to a plate and shred the chicken, then blitz the broth in the slowcooker.
Step 3
Return the chicken and potatoes and stir through the double cream. If you want to chicken mix 1tbsp of Cornflour with 1tbsp water
