Instructions
Step 1
Marinate Chicken: Combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Marinate chicken for at least 1 hour.
Step 2
Prepare Salsa: In a bowl, combine diced cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, and dill. Season with a touch of salt and pepper and the lemon juice. Set aside until ready to assemble.

Cook Chicken: Cook chicken as desired.
Step 4
Tatziki: Place grated cucumber on a towel and gently squeeze out a bit of the excess water. In a medium bowl, combine cucumber, yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and dill. Chill until ready to use.
Step 5
Assemble Pitas: Warm pita in the microwave or on a grill. Spread tzatziki across the bottom of each pita. Layer with shredded lettuce, top with chicken, and finish with the salsa and extra tzatziki.
