Steak and Red Pepper stir fry

This supper takes about ten minutes to prepare (marinate the steak if you have time) and 5 minutes to cook
Only start cooking the steak when you are ready to serve, it is best when fresh from the pan.

Instructions
Step 1
Cut steak into thin strips
Step 2
Add 2 tbsp olive oil, pepper corns and sweet wine and let marinate (preferably one hour but much if short on time)

Remove the pepper corns
Step 4
Bring a pot of water to boil. Add salt and 1 tbsp soy sauce. Add pasta and cook al dente. Do not over cook
Step 5
Remove from pot and rinse

Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in wok or large pan Add a piece of ginger (if using fresh ginger) Fry for approx 2 minutes and remove from oil (This gives the oil a gingery taste. If ginger spice is used, add towards the end with rest of spices)
Step 7
Add steak and fry for 2-3 minutes, whilst stirring
Step 8
Add red pepper, continue to stir for another minute. Make sure not to overcook the steak.
Step 9
Add cooked pasta
Step 10
Add soy sauce and teriyaki
Step 11
Add salt, pepper , honey and ginger spice (if using). Give it a quick mix and serve immediately.
