Rub olive oil, kinder brown butter and garlic dry rub onto your roast, coating all of the roast well. Let sit in fridge for at least an hour, the longer the better.

Mix Kinder stew mix packet with 1 1/2 cups of warm water in separate container.

Place onion, garlic, and carrots in the bottom of the slow cooker. Place whole roast on top of that. Fill the remaining space with your potatoes.

Slowly pour stew packet/water mixture over entire slow cooker. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Cover with lid. Let it cook low and slow for as long as you can. I let mine go for 6+hours to get that delicious melt in your mouth stew meat.
