Ingredients

For the sauce e
3 Tbspgochujang
1 tspchilli flakes
1 Tbsplight soy sauce
1 Tbsprice vinegar
1 Tbsphoney
3 clovesgarlic
crushed
200mlwater
For the gnocchi
Instructions
Step 1
Mix together all the ingredients for the sauce, apart from the water until combined. Stir in the water and set aside
Step 2
Add the sausages to the frying pan over a medium heat and fry for 6-7 minutes, until till browned and mostly cooked, turning occasionally. Add the gnocchi and fry for a couple of minutes
Step 3
Tip in the kale or spring greens and fry for a further two minutes until beginning to wilt.
Step 4
Pour in the sauce and bubble for a couple of minutes until the greens are wilted and the sausages are cooked. Serve immediately
