Step 1
Marinate pork shoulder with the Korean bbq sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, garlic powder and minced garlic. Refrigerate 4 hours but overnight is better. Cook in the air fryer at 350 degrees for about 15-18 minutes on each side. If using an oven, bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes on each side. Depending on how hot your air fry cooks, adjust the cooking time accordingly to make sure it cooks through. 145 degrees minimal temp inside for cooked, tender pork. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
