Instructions

Step 1
Set the Instant Pot to saute. Add olive oil and cook sausage until brown.

Dice the onion and minced the garlic. Add to pot with sausage. Cook until fragrant or 2-3 minutes.

Turn off saute and dice potatoes. Add to instant pot with chicken stock. Stir in seasoning. Don't be afraid to go heavy on the Italian seasoning.
Step 4
Set instant pot to pressure cook on high for 15 minutes. Release the pressure valve when it finishes.
Step 5
Slice or rough chop the kale. Add the kale and heavy cream to instant pot and mix well.
Step 6
Serve and enjoy!
