Instructions

Step 1
1. Brown and drain 3 lb. ground beef
Step 2
2. Add 6 oz. tomato paste and 1 lb breakfast sausage. Break up and brown. Do not drain.
Step 3
Add 3 oz. of chili seasoning (from packets), 1 large onion (chopped), 3 fresh jalapenos (diced), and 6 cloves of minced garlic. Cook until veggies are softish.
Step 4
Add 44 oz. diced tomatoes, 4 oz. hatch green chilies, and 44 oz. tomato sauce.
Step 5
Simmer for one hour (minimum).
Step 6
Add 3 cans of Chili Magic or Beans
Step 7
Simmer for 30+ minutes
