Step 1
Combine ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
Roll into 1" balls and place on a parchment lined pan. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
Step 3
Heat spaghetti sauce in a large pan along with oregano and a couple large pinches of salt and pepper, over medium heat.
Step 4
Add meatballs and cover. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and stir. Reduce heat to medium low and gently simmer.
Step 5
Add 6 tbsp butter, garlic, parsley, and a couple pinches of salt until well combined.
Step 6
Open rolls. Spread butter and sprinkle garlic powder, and sprinkle parmesan cheese onto rolls. Bake in oven at 400°F for about 5 minutes.
Step 7
Spoon meatballs and sauce into bread rolls. Serve.
