Instructions
Step 1
Mix husks with salt, olive oil vinegar and the water. Leave it to form a gel.
Add to the flour and the other dry ingredients.
Knead to well mixed.
Form round buns, with wet hands.
Add some seeds to the top and bake for 45 min at 160°.
Leave to cool.
