18 ozchicken breast
1juice of lemon
1 tablespoonolive oil
1 tablespooncajun seasoning
1 teaspooncoarse salt
1 teaspoonpepper
1 tspngarlic powder
300g2% cottage cheese
60gmozzarella
60gcheddar cheese
25gCheddar powder
3gNutritional yeast
1 tablespooncajun seasoning
100gmilk
1 tablespoonHot Sauce

Instructions
Step 1
Marinate your chicken breast with lemon juice, olive oil, cajun seasoning, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Step 2
Cook chicken in a pan over medium high heat - flip every 1-2 mins until cooked through.
Step 3
Place all cheese sauce ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth. Once chicken is done cooking, remove from pan, turn off the heat, and pour over your sauce (make sure the pan isn't too hot) to collect all the flavor left behind by the chicken.
Step 4
Cook pasta according to the instructions on the box.
Step 5
Mix your sauce with the pasta until completely coated.
Step 6
Top with your sliced cajun chicken and garnish with chives & hot sauce
