½ cupshiitake mushrooms

Instructions
Prepare the Orange Miso Glaze
Step 1
In a small saucepan, combine orange juice, miso paste, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, and chili flakes.

Heat over medium heat, stirring until the glaze is smooth and slightly thickened (about 5 minutes). Set aside.
Cook the Salmon

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

Heat sesame oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the salmon, skin-side down, for 2-3 minutes until golden.

Flip the salmon, brush generously with the orange miso glaze, and transfer the skillet to the oven. Bake for 6-8 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
Prepare the Vegetables and Gnocchi

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions (usually 2-3 minutes), then drain and set aside.

Heat olive oil and sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the broccoli and mushrooms, and sauté until tender and slightly caramelized (about 5 minutes).
