Ingredients

1rotisserie chicken
you can use boiled chicken breast to 6 Rotisserie is easier and chicken seems more tender for kids I used to use boiled chicken breasts when y’all were little and still do sometimes
1 cancream of mushroom soup
8 ozsour cream
milk
Salt
Pepper
1 bagHerbal stuffing mix
I have a hard time finding the small bag now and buy large and just estimate 8 oz
1 cupwater
1 stickbutter
1chicken bouillon cube
Instructions
Step 1
Pull chicken off bone into shredded pieces. Mix with mushroom soup and sour cream. I add a small amount of milk to moisten the mixture and make it smooth, but not soupy. Add salt and pepper to taste. (It doesn’t take much)
Step 2
Bring water, butter and bouillon cube to boil to melt butter. Add stuffing mix.
Step 3
Put half of stuffing mix on bottom of casserole dish. Add chicken mixture. Top with remaining stuffing mix. Bake at 350 for approx 45 minutes and mixture is bubbly.
