Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450, Line baking sheet with tinfoil and spray with non stick spray
Step 2
Chop the tomatoes
Step 3
Arrange tomatoes on pan. Top with brown sugar and onion. Bake for 25 minutes. Allow tomatoes to cool slightly
Step 4
Combine cooked tomatoes, the juice from the cans of the tomato, broth, tomato paste and allspice in crockpot
Step 5
Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours
Step 6
Use immersion blender to blend smooth
Step 7
Add evaporated milk, basil, salt and pepper. Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes
