Ingredients

For the meatballs
1 lbsGround Turkey
½ cupbread crumbs
1egg
1 Tbspchilli garlic sauce
2 Tbsptomato paste
2 Tbspsun dried tomatoes
diced
fresh parsley
chopped
fresh chives
chopped
3 Tbspshredded Parmesan cheese
1 tspsalt
½ tspblack pepper
½ tsppaprika
½ tsponion powder
½ tspgarlic powder
For the marry me orzo
Instructions
Step 1
For the meatballs: add all ingredients to a bowl & mix until combined, but don’t over mix. Shape into 1 inch balls & place on a lined baking sheet. Bake for about 11-12 minutes at 425F.
Step 2
For the orzo: in a large pan, sauté onion in olive oil over medium heat until softened. Add the minced garlic & sauté for 2 more minutes until fragrant. Add tomato paste & sun dried tomatoes & stir/saute for a few more minutes (tomato paste should start to darken). Add orzo & brown about 5 minutes, stirring frequently so it doesn’t burn. Add in chicken broth, bring to a simmer & cover. Let simmer for about 8-10 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed. Stir in salt, pepper, heavy cream & Parmesan. Top with fresh parsley & serve with meatballs!
