Instructions

Step 1
Method:
Take a bowl and beat eggs.
Heat up oil in a medium sized pan.
Pour beaten eggs. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
Place 2 pieces of bread onto the egg mixture. Allow to cook for 1 minute.
Flip the whole egg-bread toast, without breaking it.
Fold egg sides of the bread.
Then place cheese and potato culet on one slice of bread.
Then fold one slice of bread over the second slice.
Cook the sandwich for 1 more minute.
Serve!
