Cook the rice

Put the salmon in the oven for cooking time (if frozen) If fresh seer in a pan

Chop the spring onion

Grate the carrot

Slice the avocado

Assembly

In a bowl add the rice

Add the different toppings in a spiral (avocado, red cabbage, spring onion, fish, carrots)
