Lentil patties flavored with Mediterranean spices make a high protein, low carb conduit for yummyTaziki sauce.
They can be considered low carb if you subtract the grams of fiber from the carbohydrate total.

Step 1
Soak lentil in water for 2 hours and drain.
Step 2
Combine drained lentils, Parsley, onion garlic cloves, lemon and all other spices. Blend in food processor or with a hand wand.
Step 3
Add in flax seed egg, incorporate well.
Step 4
Scoop out about 2-3 tablespoons and flatten out into disks about 1cm thick, on parchment paper sprayed lightly with an oil if your choice.
Step 5
Set air fryer to 375 and cook for 8 mins, flipping them half way through cooking.
