1 lbmahi fillets
1 tspchili powder
1 tspground cumin
1 tspsmoked paprika
⅛ tspcayenne pepper

Instructions
Avocado Salsa
Step 1
Combine and mix ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.
Step 2
Place salsa in refrigerator to cool and allow flavors to meld.
Mahi Preparation
Step 3
On a parchment-lined sheet pan, lay out the fish in a single layer. In a small bowl combine the spices and salt and pepper, to taste.
Step 4
Drizzle the fish with olive oil on both sides and then sprinkle the spices on both sides. Gently rub the spices into the fish.
Step 5
Heat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill mahi for about 5 minutes per side, until it easily flakes with a fork. Transfer to a plate to allow to rest for a few minutes. Drizzle with olive oil again, if desired.
Plating / Finishing
Step 6
Char tortillas over grill or flame on gas stove. Should take approximately 30 seconds per side.
Step 7
Add mahi to each tortilla, and top with the salsa and additional cilantro, if desired.
