¼ cuprapeseed oil

1 Tbspcocoa powder

¼ cupchilli powder

3 tspsmoked paprika

¼ tspcinnamon

1 tspground cumin

1 Tbspdried oregano

1onion
large, chopped

4garlic cloves

2celery ribs
finely chopped

4carrots
large, finely chopped

1kgminced beef

2cans crushed tomatoes

2cans kidney beans

2 Tbsptomato puree

1 cupchicken stock

Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in wide bottomed pan
Step 2
Add cocoa, chilli, paprika, cumin, cinnamon, and oregano and cook until aromatic
Step 3
Add onion, garlic, celery and carrots and cook for 4-5 mins until soft
Step 4
Add mince to the pan and season.
Step 5
Cook until mince is browned through, break up mince with spoon
Step 6
Add beans, tomatoes, tomato puree and stock and simmer for 1 hr
