Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl place your yeast , warm milk and sugar . Whisk and let your yeast activate takes around 5 minutes
Step 2
Add your melted butter , egg , salt and flour
Step 3
Mix all ingredients together forming dough . Place on counter and knead for 1-2 minutes . Dough should be nice and soft . Place into bowl , cover and place into fridge for at least 30 minutes
Step 4
Place 1 cup cold butter inside parchment paper and smash / roll out thin into a square . Place into freezer
Step 5
After 30 plus minutes bring your cold Dough back out and roll into a rectangle . Place your cold butter inside parchment paper the middle and fold the dough around the butter . No butter should be seen .
Step 6
Roll out into a flat rectangle and fold both sides into middle . Place back into parchment paper and back into fridge for 20 minutes
Step 7
Roll back out your cold dough and fold the side into middle once again . Back into fridge for 20 minutes
Step 8
Now you can bring out your cold dough and roll out into a rectangle again and cut using a pizza cutter into the size you like.
Step 9
Starting at large end rolling down to small end creating that croissant shape . Place onto a baking sheet and bake for 18 minutes at 370 degrees
