Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees

Thaw the pastry sheets
Step 3
Lightly beat the eggs in a bowl
Step 4
Roughly chop the spinach and the bacon, crumble the feta
Step 5
Combine the Feta, Spinach, Bacon with the eggs and season to taste with the remaining ingredients
Step 6
Divide the mixture into 2 portions and place each portion in the middle of one of the pastry sheets. Fold the sheet over the mixture and seal the edges of rectangle.
Step 7
Place the Banitsa on an oven tray in tge oven and cook for 30 mins or until crisp and golden
Step 8
Remove from oven and let stand for a couple of minutes. Then cut in half to portion
