This smoothie is not meant to taste good. It is meant to do 1 thing and 1 thing only. SIMPLIFY YOUR HEALTH. Get you the micro nutrients and alot of macros too that you need for the day. Chugg this along with a multivitamin and then you can pretty much eat whatever you want for the rest of the day and you'll be healthy. Does it taste good. Absolutely not. but it removes the complexity of trying to be healthy. That way for lunch and dinner you can cook what you actually want to eat instead of worrying about optimizing everything else. Trying to lose weight? It has a ton of fiber you'll be less hungry. Trying to build muscle. Great it has a ton of protein. Trying to impress your friends with a good tasting smoothie. Make them something else. A compulsive over planner. Adhd. Great I've reduced your decision fatigue. you know what to do now. just throw the stuff in there and chugg it.
