Instructions

Step 1
Drain pork and save liquid in a bowl. Cut the pork into ½ in pieces and set aside.
Step 2
Sauté celery and onion in pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray or microwave until tender (about 10 minutes)
Step 3
Add enough water to the meat juice to make 1 C liquid.
Step 4
Microwave liquid until it boils then add in chicken bouillon (it will not dissolve unless the water is hot enough)
Step 5
After bouillon is dissolved add soy sauce and corn starch to water. When cornstarch is dissolved in liquid, dump into pan with celery and onions.
Step 6
Add meat, beans and mushrooms and stir.
Step 7
Cook on medium heat for 5-7 minutes or longer until sauce is thickened.
Step 8
Serve with rice.
Step 9
Refrigerate leftovers
