Instructions
Step 1
Boneless chicken thighs Seasoned with love and olive oil
Step 2
Medium high heat skin side down first then flip. Cook the chicken til it’s done then take it out of the pan.
Step 3
Put rice in the same pan and toast the rice for like 2 mins. Then add butter and garlic. Cook til garlic is fragrant.
Step 4
Add chicken stock to cover the rice. Put chicken thighs on top of rice and cover. Once it comes to a boil lower heat and simmer on low for about 20 mins until all stock evaporates
