Instructions

Mushrooms

Slice the champignons.

Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the champignons and fry for about 1min. Then season with salt and pepper. Fry for another 2-3min until they have shrunk in size completely.

Caramelized onions

Slice the onion.

Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium. Add the onion and fry for about 1min. Then season with pepper. Fry for another minute until translucent.

Drizzle on the honey and let caramelize for 1-2min.

Steak

Season the steak with salt and pepper and drizzle on the olive oil. Massage the oil into the steak. Repeat on the other side

Smash 1 clove of garlic.
