Dutch pancakes
5 steps
Prep:20min
This recipe is from the Netherlands and is very tasty. It is different from traditional pancakes because these are really flat and easy to roll up and eat. You can put the craziest things on them, such as chocolate spread, sprinkles, sugar, cheese, bacon, apple and pineapple. There are plenty of things to try on them. try combinations that you have come up with yourself

Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the eggs, flour, milk and a pinch of salt with a whisk or electric mixer. When all lumps are gone, the pancakes can be baked.

Step 2
Heat a little butter, margarine or oil in a frying pan. Wait until the pan is nice and hot, then spread some batter in the middle of the pan with a soup spoon. Move your pan back and forth a little so that the batter is spread over the entire pan.

Step 3

Cook the pancake for about 2-3 minutes until the top is dry. Flip the pancake and cook the pancake for about 1-2 minutes on the other side.
Step 4
Place the pancake on a plate and cover the plate with a large lid. Cook the rest of the pancakes in this way.

Step 5
Don't forget to add a little extra butter or oil to the pan each time before you make a new pancake.
