Step 1
6 eggs, 1 cup flour, 1 cup milk. A little vanilla. Half a stick of butter. (For an 8x8 pan)
Step 2
Scale up in those proportions. I double the recipe for a deeper 9x13 pan.

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
Step 4
Set the oven to 450 and melt the butter in the pan while you mix other ingredients. When butter is 95% melted (but before it's burned) you pull the pan out and pour in the batter. BUT DO NOT MIX BUTTER INTO BATTER it should un-homogeneous with more butter at the edges of the pan, this is ideal. Cook at 450 20-40 minutes. [For sure do 30] maybe 20 if convection bake

Sprinkle powdered sugar over it when it's done."
