Step 1
Wash the poha 2-3 times. Mix with sugar and set aside. In a kadhai, add oil and cumin, fennel and mustard seeds and asafoetida. Add finely chopped green chillies and mix well. Add turmeric powder with 2-3tbsp water and mix. After 30 seconds add the poha and 1 lemon juice and salt to taste. Mix well and garnish with coriander, jeeravan powder and bhujia. Enjoy while it's hot.
