Step 1
1. Heat up some oil in a pan and fry the bell peppers & carrots for 5 mins.
2. Then add the onions and ginger garlic paste and tomatoes and salt.
3. Now add the cumin & coriander powder. Cook it for a few mins and add water and let it cook for 5-7 mins.
4. When It is almost done, crack the eggs into the pan and cover it with a lid for 1 min & Enjoy!
