Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350f (177c)
Step 2
Break bananas into chunks and place in your blender with eggs and olive oil & dates. Blend until smooth.
Step 3
Now add all your dry ingredients and blend until the ingredients are fully blended, but oats are not fully broken.
Step 4
Line a muffin tin with 12 paper liners and pour the mixture directly into the liners. Top with afew oats.
Step 5
Bake for 25 minutes or until the tops feel firm to touch.
