1 cupbrown rice flour

2 cupsrolled oats

2 Tbspblack chia seeds

½ cuppumpkin seeds

½ cupcoconut palm sugar

½ tspsea salt

1 ½ tspbaking powder

1 tspbaking soda

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a muffin pan.
Step 2
Combine dry ingredients in one bowl, and wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Then combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients.
Step 3
Using a spoon, scoop up batter and place in muffin pan. Bake for 25-30 min. Let cool.
