Step 1
Dice: potato, green pepper, tomatillo; chop celery

Cook

Step 2
Add chorizo to skillet and cook on medium for about 5 minutes

Add vegetables and potatoes, keep stirred. Cook about 15 minutes

Run celery leaf under water and add to skillet. Cover. Let cook 5 minutes. Stir
Step 5
Add eggs, mix in to hash until egg is cooked ~3 minutes
