Low Carb Chicken Quessadillas

High protein, low carb wraps that are easy to make and taste great! Serve with a Mexican side salad or quest chips and queso.

Instructions

Step 1
1) Blend cottage cheese, taco seasoning, and milk until smooth.
Step 2
2) Spread blended mixture onto wrap, top with chicken, and sprinkle with cheese.
Step 3
3) Cover wrap with another wrap and microwave or toast on stove top until cheese is melted.
Step 4
4) Optionally, air fry or broil a few seconds to get the outside more crispy.
