Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 220/200 fan/Gas mark 7
Step 2
Fry leeks in button and add kale, then cook for 2 minutes
Step 3
Stir in flour and cook for a minute. Add the stock and cook another minute
Step 4
Add chicken, creme fraiche and peas.
Step 5
Slice potatoes and parboil for a minute
Step 6
Transfer chicken mixture to a cooking dish, cover with potatoes brushed with melted butter and sprinkle paprika. Cook for 30-35 minutes
Step 7
Serve with green vegetables or salad.
